How can I find out about sales and promotions?

You can join our email list at the bottom of our Homepage and you will receive 10% off of your first order and be alerted to upcoming promotions! You can also follow us on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, where we post promotions, new items, and styling tips. Shop our Sales page for marked down items.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale opportunities. Please contact sales@southparadeclothing.com with your inquiries.

What is modal and Peruvian Pima cotton?

Modal is regenerated cellulosic fibre which is technically a type of rayon. Modal fabric is made by combining modal and cotton fibres for a soft, smooth, silky material.

Peruvian Pima cotton is grown and hand harvested in coastal Peru and is considered an extremely premium, quality cotton that is luxuriously soft and very strong due to its long fiber staple length. Pima cotton is resistant to fraying, fading, pilling, wrinkling and is considered hypoallergenic.

Most of our tanks and tees are made with a signature blend of smooth, soft modal and Peruvian Pima cotton, while our sweaters are made from high-grade, plush cashmere.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all US orders via Fedex Ground! Fedex Express 2nd Day is available for domestic orders at a flat rate of $24.95. Shipping to Canada is offered at a flat rate of $19.95.

When will my order ship?

For orders within the United States:

  • Please allow approximately 48 hours for orders to be processed and shipped via FedEx Ground. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
  • Fedex Express 2nd Day, is available for domestic orders. Orders placed before 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will begin to be processed by the following Monday or next business day.

Do you ship outside the United States?

  • We now ship to Canada! We offer a flat rate of $19.95. Please note that shipping charges for international orders do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. SouthParadeClothing.com will NOT be responsible for any duties and fees.
  • For any countries other than Canada, at the moment we do not offer international shipping through our website. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are aiming to include this option soon! In the meantime if you have any inquiries, please email us at hello@southparadeclothing.com.

Who should I contact about my order and shipping?

Returns & Exchanges

How do I exchange items?

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please send us an email to hello@southparadeclothing.com stating your Order Number. Include the reason for the exchange, and the size or color you would like to exchange it for.
  • You may exchange any item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • We will review your request and reply to your email within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays not included.
  • If we have stock of the item you requested, we will ask you to return your item(s) as per the Return instructions below.
  • Once we receive your package, we will send you another one with the new item(s) requested.

May I return my item(s)?

  • If for any reason you don’t love what you ordered, it’s no problem. Return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date. All Return Authorization requests must be made by email at hello@southparadeclothing.com.
  • The items should be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all original tags attached.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 3 days, and you will be notified via email.
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and may use their preferred method of shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method in case your package is lost in transit. South Parade is not responsible for packages that go missing in transit.
  • All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

How exactly do I return my item(s)?

  • Please send us an email at hello@southparadeclothing.com letting us know the order number and which item(s) you are sending back. State the exact reason for the return. We will reply to your email within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays not included.
  • Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include the return slip. If you don't have a return slip, please include the following information with your return: Name, Order Number, reason for return, email address, billing address, and phone number.
